At A Glance
Become an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
The Advanced Skills program will take an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) to the level of ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in just 18 weeks.
60 Coach Education Hours
- 18 weeks part time study
- 2 hours live/virtual per week on ZOOM
- 2-3 hours course work/ week
- 2-6 hours coaching per week
Successful Completion Criteria
- 60 Hours Course Work
- 11 ICF Approved Hours
- 20 Coaching Hours Required
Designation(s) Earned
- Qualifies for Level 2 Accreditation
- Graduate as a CA Certified Coach
- Certificate of Completion Provided
- Other Programs of Study can be considered for credit equivalency (on a case by case basis)
- ICF PCC Performance Evaluation done in-house (additional $550 fee)

ICF Approved Program
USA Coach Academy is an approved partner of the International Coach Federation (ICF). All of our Certification Programs are accredited and qualify you for an ICF designation.
60 Hours | 18 Weeks
This program qualifies for 60 Coach Education Hours. It also includes a global peer coaching network to help you practice and earn coaching hours.
2 Hours Live Per Week
All of our courses include a live weekly session for 2 hours on ZOOM. Class sizes are small to allow for engaged learning and discussion. Your learning is supported by a global online community accessible through mobile or desktop devices.

Meet Our Founder
Nathalie’s passion for coaching was sparked in 1996 as a student in the prestigious Dan Sullivan Strategic Coach Program for Entrepreneurs. To live out her mission, she founded Coach Academy to create a safe place for people to adopt more engaging communication strategies.
As CEO and Director of Training, Nathalie pours her heart into designing Coach Education programs that give people the knowledge, network, and tools to have more powerful conversations. Her mission is to multiply the impact of coaching in the world by mentoring world-class coaches so that together we can change lives, families, and communities.
Nathalie is a Master Certified ICF Coach, one of only 4% in the world to hold this distinguished status. She earned a BA from McGill University and graduated from Harvard University with a Masters in Psychology.
