I came to Coach Academy at a time when I wanted to grow personally and professionally. I knew I wanted to learn what it takes to be a coach who will effectively help others achieve their goals. As a student with CA I learned the theories and other technical knowledge that are essential for being an effective coach. I also acquired the skills and attitude required to help my clients as a coach. The approach used by CA was one that engaged me as a student. CA uses a humanistic and empowering approach. USA Coach Academy is an approved partner of the International Coach Federation (ICF). All of our Certification Programs are accredited and qualify you for an ICF designation.
125 Hours | 28 Weeks
This program qualifies for 125 Coach Education Hours. It also includes 11 hours of mentoring and a global peer coaching network to help you practice and earn coaching hours.
2 Hours Live Per Week
All of our courses include a live weekly session for 2 hours on ZOOM. Class sizes are small to allow for engaged learning and discussion. Your learning is supported by a global online community accessible through mobile or desktop devices.

Meet Our Founder
Nathalie’s passion for coaching was sparked in 1996 as a student in the prestigious Dan Sullivan Strategic Coach Program for Entrepreneurs. To live out her mission, she founded Coach Academy to create a safe place for people to adopt more engaging communication strategies.
As CEO and Director of Training, Nathalie pours her heart into designing Coach Education programs that give people the knowledge, network, and tools to have more powerful conversations. Her mission is to multiply the impact of coaching in the world by mentoring world-class coaches so that together we can change lives, families, and communities.
Nathalie is a Master Certified ICF Coach, one of only 4% in the world to hold this distinguished status. She earned a BA from McGill University and graduated from Harvard University with a Masters in Psychology.
