What are the components of the Professional Coach program?
The Certified Professional Coach is a Level 2 ICF Program. This means the program qualifies for 125 Coach Education Hours, 10 ICF Mentoring Hours, and 5 Observations. When you complete all the success criteria for the program, you meet the requirements for an ICF Level 2 Certification.
How many hours of coaching do I need to complete for this Level 2 Program?
You must complete 40 hours of coaching to earn your certificate of completion from Coach Academy.
How many hours of coaching does the ICF require for a Level 2 Program Credential Application?
The ICF requires you to complete 500 hours of coaching to apply for a Level 2 credential.
How long does the Certified Professional Coach Certification program take to complete?
The Certified Professional Coach program is delivered over 28 weeks, providing a structured yet flexible learning experience. The program is fully online, allowing you to balance your learning with professional and personal commitments.
During this time, you'll participate in live virtual classes, mentor coaching sessions, observation clinics, and practical labs that provide hands-on experience coaching individuals seeking personal and professional growth.
How much does the Certified Professional Coach Certification cost?
Tuition for the Certified Professional Coach program at USA Coach Academy is $11,700. This all-inclusive fee covers:

Flexible payment plans are available, allowing you to spread the cost over several months. Documentation can also be provided to support professional development reimbursement through employers.
What options do I have if I am unable to finish my program within the designated time frame?
We offer students a generous grace period after programs are complete to finish all the success requirements. The Professional Coach Certification gives you classroom access for a total of 12 months from the start of the program.
When can I expect to receive my program completion certificate?
Program Completion Certificates are issued once all program success criteria are met. Students are supported to meet this criteria throughout the program by the Facilitator, Student Success Manager, and the CA Team of Mentors. There is no shortage of reminders, support and resources to complete the program successfully!
What is the minimum attendance requirement for this course?
We encourage students to attend live classes as much as possible to get the most out of the program. This course is also designed for busy individuals who need flexibility, therefore we allow up to 5 missed live classes. There are terms and conditions to missing classes which are easily met.
How can I sign up for programs or courses?
Book a time to speak to an Admissions Coach and we’ll be sure your questions are answered. This is an important decision, and we want you to have all you need to feel confident you chose the right program to meet your objectives.
What requirements do I have to complete to get my program certificate?
Students are offered a complete and detailed Success Criteria Outline at the start of the program to help guide and prepare them. Each week students will be asked to complete tasks and challenges relevant to the learning. The course is well paced and designed to ease participants into the learning.
When can I expect to gain access to my course content?
Participants are invited to join the CA vibrant virtual community with early access when they register before the deadline. Otherwise, students are admitted to the classroom up to 1 week before the class start date.
How can I schedule my ICF Performance Evaluation?
Once you complete a minimum of 50 hours of coaching, you are invited to book your Performance Evaluation to earn your ICF Level 2 Certificate. Students are guided and supported to apply within our private community. Everything is done in-house for your ease and convenience.
How can I schedule my 1:1 mentor sessions?
Students are offered several touch points and resources to book 1:1 mentoring with one of our experienced and accomplished ICF PCC Mentors. Students complete the mentoring with ease and our mentors receive consistent outstanding feedback from our student community.
How can I provide my feedback?
Feedback is solicited from students at regular intervals throughout the program. We believe feedback is a gift that allows us to grow and meet student needs. We welcome and encourage feedback at every step of a student’s journey.
How can I determine if I am eligible for a refund?
We invite you to speak to your Admissions Coach anytime to inquire about refunds. Our policies are clear and consistent.
